  • We recommend booking as soon as your wedding date is secured. Popular wedding dates often fill 6–12 months in advance.

  • Yes. Our On-Location Glam Squad is available throughout the Tampa Bay area and beyond. Travel fees begin at $25 per artist and vary based on location.

  • How far do you travel?

    Our Glam Squad proudly serves the Tampa Bay area and surrounding communities. We regularly travel throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Sarasota counties. Travel fees may apply based on location, travel time, and party size. If your venue is outside of our standard service area, our Bridal Concierge Team will be happy to discuss custom travel accommodations.

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date and bridal services.

  • Yes. Bridal parties may choose to receive services at Salon Norrell. Our Carrollwood location offers a private event space available for bridal parties, complete with light refreshments and champagne upon request an additional fee.

  • Do you offer hair and makeup trials?

    Yes. We highly recommend scheduling a bridal preview prior to your wedding day to finalize your desired look and ensure a seamless experience. Select bridal packages include a complimentary bridal preview, while others may schedule a preview at their convenience for an additional fee.

  • Your bridal preview allows you to collaborate with your artist and finalize your wedding-day look. During the appointment, we'll discuss inspiration photos, hair accessories, veils, makeup preferences, and any adjustments needed to ensure you feel confident and beautiful on your wedding day.

  • Yes. Lash application is available!

  • Yes. Professional spray tanning services are available and are a popular addition for brides and bridal party members before the wedding.

  • Please notify us as soon as possible. Final guest counts and service selections should be confirmed prior to your wedding date to ensure proper staffing and scheduling.

  • Additional services may be accommodated based on timing and artist availability. We recommend finalizing all services prior to the wedding date whenever possible.
