  • Every guest receives a personalized consultation and exact price quote before services begin. Your stylist will review your goals, recommend the services needed to achieve them, and provide transparent pricing before any work begins.

  • No problem at all - that’s what we’re here for. If you’re unsure which services to select, simply book your best guess or contact our team, and we’ll help create the perfect appointment for your hair goals.

    To ensure we have plenty of time for a thorough consultation and any adjustments to your service plan, all new color guests are automatically booked in an extended appointment time slot. It’s completely okay if you do not know exactly what to book - we will guide you every step of the way.

  • Our concierge team is happy to help. We will match you with the artist who best fits your hair goals, maintenance preferences, budget, schedule, and desired experience.

  • Consultations are recommended for extensions, color corrections, major transformations, and any service where additional planning may be beneficial. If you are unsure, our team can advise you before booking.

  • Yes. We offer multiple extension methods and customized recommendations based on your hair type, lifestyle, buffets, and desired result. An extension consultation is required before your first extension appointment, however we do stick some colors and can do applications on the spot.

  • Absolutely. We believe in complete transparency. You’ll receive a personalized service plan and price quote before your appointment begins.

  • Maintenance varies based on your services, lifestyle, and hair goals. Your stylist will create a personalized Salon Norrell Hair Plan™ so you’ll know exactly what to expect for future visits.

  • We want you to love your hair. If you have concerns about your service, please contact us asap. We are happy to review your concerns and provide an adjustment within 7 days of your appointment, when appropriate based on the original consultation and service plan.

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the reserved service time. Full policy details can be found on our Salon Policies page.  (Click here)

  • Your satisfaction is important to us. If something does not feel quite right, please contact our concierge right away. We will schedule a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of your service to ensure your results align with he consultation and service plan discussed during your visit.

    Because hair is highly personalized, adjustments are limited to refining the original service and do not apply to changes in desired look, services performed elsewhere, or requests beyond the original consultation.

  • Carrollwood guests enjoy complimentary parking directly outside the salon. Hyde Park guests have access to nearby street parking and public parking garages within in the Village.

  • We proudly use Aveda’s high-performance, plant-powered color, haircare and styling products. Our team receives ongoing advanced education to ensure the highest quality results.

  • Absolutely. In fact, most of our guests do. Reserving your next appointment before you leave helps ensure you receive your preferred stylist, day, and time while keeping your hair looking its best year-round. Ask us about our infinity ♾️ booking to save money!
